Apple’s Vision Pro Evolves - The M5 Chip Makes It The Ultimate Spacial Computer

Following the release of the iPad Pro and MacBook Pro with the latest M5 chip, Apple has updated the Vision Pro, its augmented reality headset.

The upgrade from the M2 to the M5 chip delivers a generational leap in performance with longer battery life and faster processing, raising the standard for spatial computing.

The M5 features a 10-core CPU that delivers higher multithreaded performance. The 10-core GPU with accelerated ray tracing provides a 120Hz refresh rate for smoother viewing.

The custom and purpose-built R1 chip processes input from all 12 cameras, 5 sensors, and 6 microphones, delivering unparalleled performance in spatial computing.

The Vision Pro is equipped with a new Dual Knit Band, featuring two adjustable connected bands for the back of the head and the top. This design improves weight distribution and comfort for extended use.

The Apple Vision Pro with M5 is available now, starting at AUD$5,999 for the 256GB model, AUD$6,349 for the 512GB model and AUD$6,699 for the 1TB model.
