Apple Awe Dropping Event Round Up

In the early hours of this morning, Apple held its annual September keynote event, where it unveiled new mobile hardware for the upcoming year.


The event commenced with the unveiling of the next iteration of Apple’s highly acclaimed AirPods range, the AirPods Pro 3. This latest model boasts an enhanced design, incorporates novel biometric sensors, and introduces Live translation capabilities.



Subsequently, Apple unveiled the updated versions of its Apple Watch range. The Series 11 is available in both 42mm and 46mm sizes, with options for Aluminium or Titanium materials, GPS-only or GPS with cellular connectivity. The Aluminium version is available in four new colour options, while the Titanium version is available in three colour options.




The Apple Watch SE 3 will be available in Aluminium with two colour options, either in a 40mm or 44mm version. The SE3 is equipped with GPS-only or GPS with cellular connectivity options.




The Apple Watch Ultra received its first update in two years, now transitioning to the Series 3. Available in either natural titanium or black titanium, the Ultra incorporates GPS with cellular connectivity. Notably, the Ultra has been enhanced with new satellite communications options, enabling users to maintain connectivity even in remote areas.





The Series 11 and Ultra 3 now feature 5G connectivity for versions with the cellular option. Additionally, they are equipped with upgraded biometric sensors, enabling blood pressure monitoring for hypertension.





Following the unveiling of the Apple Watch, the company unveiled its new iPhones for 2025, commencing with the iPhone 17. The iPhone 17 features a 6.3-inch screen equipped with a 120Hz ProMotion display, enhanced camera capabilities, and four new colour options.






Subsequently, Apple unveiled the highly anticipated iPhone 17 Air, its thinnest iPhone ever, with a thickness of 5.64mm. The iPhone 17 Air boasts a 6.5-inch OLED 120Hz ProMotion display. It is powered by the A19Pro chip, featuring a single 48MP fusion camera, and comes in four new colour options.







The event concluded with the unveiling of the iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max. The iPhone 17 Pro is available in 6.3-inch dimensions, while the iPhone 17 Pro Max is available in 6.9-inch dimensions. Both models adopt a novel aluminium unibody design. The cameras have been upgraded to 48MP with the capability of achieving up to 8x zoom. Notably, the iPhone Pro Max will offer the option of 2TB of storage for the first time.







All announced hardware is now available for pre-order, with delivery scheduled for September 19th.
